Shure SE310-K Headphones - Great Overall Listening...

Strengths: Great overall sound. Fabulous noise isolation. Lots of ear buds to experiment with.

Weakness: Base pretty good, but of course not exceptional.

I use the headphones at work and at the gym. The sound is really quite good. I can hear nuances of music at various frequency ranges. The bass is not exceptional, but stands up to a pretty good levels before starting to crack - I can definitely get the 'bass' experience that I need while working out. The ear buds actually stay in the ear, even during activity.

Good sound with excellent noise isolation

Strengths: Noise isolation, natural sound, comes with variety of ear buds

Weakness: It comes with an extension cable, but the standard cable could be a little bit longer.

I also have JBL Reference 220. SE310-K gives slightly better sound with much better noise isolation. I think I'll continue to use JBL when I walk, and use SE310 at home or on an airplane. I bet anyone can find the ear buds that can fit your ears, since it comes with variety of ear buds.

The SE310

Strengths: -okay sound.

Weakness: -big -heavy if you go fitness with this, it'll feel uncomfortable.

if you want to waste your extra $150 money on headset buy this one, if you don't buy a sennheiser cx300. and also, don't buy it from cyber_worlds. his return policy sucks and also he's not too trustworthy. just be careful

Well Worth It

Strengths: More flexible wire than the Shure E3c. The breakaway at the Y connection is great to allow for a telephone adapter.

Weakness: None

Excellent sound. I wear them on the railroad and subway and my music is never drowned out by the noise around me plus all of the surrounding noise is kept out wonderfully well.

Shure SE-310

Strengths: Best IEM value.

Weakness: None that I've found.

Best IEM headphone for the price. Excellent fit kit options - easy to find a good match for your ears. Very good isolation - even on airplanes and lawnmowers. So much better than the Apple ear buds that I'm sorry I waited so long to upgrade.

Shure SE310 Sound Isolating Earphones (black)

THE GOOD: The Shure SE310 earphones sound fantastic, and the durable cable features a modular design that accommodates two lengths for wear. The variety of eartips ensures that you can create an effective seal within the ear, letting you block out ambient noise and listen to your music at a lower volume (which protects your hearing). THE BAD: The Shure SE310s are expensive, and some users may...
